The daughter of triple threat model, singer and actress Gloria Rusch, Ileane was born in Alabama and traveled throughout Europe and Asia while living in London. She started modeling and appearing in commercials by the time she was 5 years old and knew she had found her calling in the entertainment field.
As an adult she has worked with high profile artists like Stevie Wonder, Christina Aguilera, Club Nouveau, Will Smith and appeared on the Arsenio Hall Show. A published songwriter, Ileane has had recording contracts with Arista Records as an original member of the girl group "Fierce," and with MoJazz/Motown Records with the group "4Ever!" She has also worked for high profile firms like UTA, Motown Records, Black Bull Music, and Handprint Entertainment. After spending the past five years working as a Talent agent, Rusch started, "Committed Artists Entertainment" where she represents established artists and up-and-coming talent, produces films and develops TV shows.
